MARCH 28, 2020–UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO ANNOUNCES PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT SOUTH SIDE DURING COVID-19 CRISIS

Today the University of Chicago announced a series of initiatives to directly assist the citizens, small businesses and non-profits of its nine neighboring South Side Communities.

MARCH 24, 2020–NORTHWESTERN RESEARCHERS AWARDED NSF GRANT FOR SELF-SANITIZING FACE MASK

Northwestern University announced that a research team headed by Prof. Jiaxing Huang of the McCormick School of Engineering has been awarded a National Science Foundation RAPID grant to further develop a self-sanitizing face mask--a critical need in light of the world-wide COVID-19 pandemic.
